Mandolinize
(v.) to effectively and quickly slice something with the mandolin. (e.g. "Would you like me to mandolinize the cucumbers for your salad?")
Just because you make the definition sound official doesn't make it official. My husband tries this tactic all the time when pulling on my gullible strings. . .
